Florida Police, USA, arrested the father of a 2-year-old boy who found a loaded pistol in his backpack and fatally shot his mom when she was on a work call for Zoom.
Veondre Avery, 22, was arrested on Tuesday and charged with negligent manslaughter and unsafe storage of a firearm, Altamonte Springs police said.
Investigators say the boy found the gun in the «Paw Patrol» backpack on August 11 and shot once, wounding his mother, Shamaya Lynn, in the head.

A woman who was also on the call in Zoom He called emergency services, reporting that he heard a noise and saw Lynn collapse.
The woman did not know where Lynn lived, but in the meantime Avery also called 911, begging the paramedics to hurry up, while he tried to help the woman.
«I literally just got home and walked into the room … and my girlfriend, who was working on the computer, is lying on the floor and there is blood everywhere» Avery said on the call.
He told the operator that Lynn was not breathing and that he could not feel her pulse. She was pronounced dead at the site.
