José Altuve usually hits most of his homers in left field, a sign of the power he has as a right-handed hitter, despite his stature. However, the Venezuelan of the Houston Astros hit his fifth home run of the year on Wednesday, but on the opposite side.
The Venezuelan, who has just turned 32 years old, has been improving his offensive numbers and already has a .258 average with 5 homers this season in the Major Leagues.

His maximum number of homers in a campaign were the 31 he hit in the 2019 season, a year that has been the only one that has connected more than 30 homers in a season.
In total, despite not being a hitter used to hitting home runs, he has 169 homers in the 12 years in which he has participated in the MLB, all in a Houston uniform.
