This Thursday the Tampa Bay Buccaneers will seek to maintain their great start to the 2021-22 NFL season and for this they will visit the Philadelphia Eagles, who still have not found their best level after more than a month of competitions.
The game will be played at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia. It can be seen via streaming through the NFL Game Pass.
Day: Thursday October 14
Hour: 8:20 pm (US Eastern Time)
Place: Lincoln Financial Field, Philadelphia
TV / Live Stream: FOX, Amazon and NFL Game Pass
Team record: Buccaneers 4-1 / Eagles 2-3
Tom Brady is coming off one of his best regular-season performances in recent years, posting five touchdowns and 411 passing yards. While it was revealed that he had a thumb problem in his right hand, the same player gave a piece of reassurance and says he is fine.
The Eagles are coming off their second win of the season in a close duel against the Panthers that ended up being defined by just three points. Jalen Hurts didn’t have his best pass numbers, posting just 198 yards with an interception and no touchdowns, but he did record two touchdowns while carrying the ball.
The Buccaneers ruled out tight end Rob Gronkowski (ribs), safety Antoine Walker Jr. (concussion) and lineman Lavonte David (ankle). In the case of outside linebacker Jason Pierre-Paul (shoulder) and center Ryan Jensen (hip), they would be eligible to play despite their presence on the disabled list.
Meanwhile on the Eagles’ side, only one player will remain out for this meeting and that is tackle Lane Johnson (personal reasons), who received permission from the team to be absent.
