With the increase in competitors, the Caribbean Confederation would surely take the measure of modifying the format to two groups of four, with the aim of advancing the first two of each group to the semifinals.

Similarly, there are about 9 months left for the event to take place, so in the coming weeks more information should be released on how the teams will face each other.
