Golden Globes 2022: Complete list of winners in series

‘Succession’ is the big winner of the night with four awards. It is followed by the famous comedy ‘Hacks’ and ‘The Underground Railroad’ beats ‘Mare of Easttown’.

The Hollywood Foreign Press Association has released the list of winners of the 79th edition of the Golden Globes, so far prestigious awards dedicated to recognizing the best of the television and film industry from the last year. He has done it again from the Beverly Hilton in Los Angeles and in an atypical ceremony like no other, which has not been televised, has no presenters, no live audience or the presence of the press. Neither from the Red Carpet in which year after year the Hollywood stars wore their best clothes.

In television categories the winner has been Succession, the HBO drama that just a few months ago premiered its long-awaited third season. The fiction about the Roy family has been made with three awards, including the one usually designated as the most important of the night: The one who recognizes it as Best Drama Series.

Another winner of the night has been the acclaimed comedy Hacks that already prevailed at the Emmy Awards and which has also just been released in Spain by HBO Max. Fiction has been awarded Best Comedy Series and has seen its leading lady Jean Smart pick up the Best Actress award in the same category.

Other notable victories are that of the The Underground Railroad, which beats Mare of Eatstown for Best Miniseries, as well as actress MJ Rodriguez de Pose, who has made history as the first trans actress to win the award for Best Actress in a Drama Series.

Regarding chains, leads HBO with four accolades to which are added the two from HBO MaxWhile Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, Apple TV + and FX have each won an award.
