‘Chainsaw Man’ pays homage to legendary films like ‘The Shining’ or ‘Kill Bill’ in incredible posters

The anime can be enjoyed in Spain by the hand of Crunchyroll.

Chainsaw Man is undoubtedly the anime of the moment, with only eight episodes broadcast, today, the series has achieved quite a stir on networks and around the world thanks to its worldwide broadcast on Crunchyroll.

And with the end of the first season on the horizon, the MAPPA studio, the same one behind hits like Attack on Titan or Jujutsu Kaisen, has given fans a teaser for the next Blu-Ray edition of this first installment. And curiously, it brings with it a series of posters inspired by mythical films.

Kill Bill, Jurassic Park, The Shining or A Clockwork Orange are just some of the films that Tatsuki Fujimoto’s anime honors and starring Denji and his friends. You can see below:

MAPPA has yet to announce the second season of Chainsaw Man, but based on the studio’s commitment to adapting the works of creator Tatsuki Fujimoto and its worldwide success, it’s a safe bet that the Japanese animation house will be in it for the long haul.

The last episode of Chainsaw Man we finally saw the Demon Katana, a person who seems to have a very similar deal to Denji with Pochita. During the battle, Aki received a heavy blow, causing Himeno to sacrifice herself in a vain attempt to eliminate his opponents via the Phantom Demon.

‘Chainsaw Man’ fans are outraged by the censorship of one of the most disgusting scenes in the manga (but there is an explanation)

Chainsaw Man can be enjoyed in Spain by the hand of Crunchyroll Spain at the same time as its broadcast in Japan. MAPPA is also behind other great anime for Netflix, such as Dorohedoro or Kakegurui, whose anime recently had its prequel spin-off titled Kakegurui Twin.
